HR Access, édité par la société HR Access Solutions, est un logiciel qui permet la gestion des ressources humaines et de la paie dans une entreprise. La dernière version de HR Access est sortie le 1er Avril 2012 et le logiciel appartient à Sopra Group depuis Avril 2013. Les principaux concurrents de HR Access sont PeopleSoft, SAP HR et Meta4.

HR Access permet la gestion des différents aspects des ressources humaines d'une entreprise. Le logiciel est notamment réputé pour son système de gestion de paies mais il permet également de gérer les contrats de travail.

Les missions d'un Développeur HR Access

Un développeur HR Access est un développeur spécialisé dans le développement spécifique au progiciel. Sa principale mission est de traduire les besoins de ses clients en fonctionnalités techniques. Il intervient en général pour réaliser des développements de fonctionnalités non disponibles de base sur HR Access.

Un développeur HR Access doit donc être capable de bien recueillir le besoin de son client et de réaliser le développement adéquat. Le développeur doit également être capable de documenter son code en réalisant des spécifications fonctionnelles ou techniques. Enfin, il doit également être capable de former les futurs utilisateurs aux fonctionnalités qu'il aura développé.
