- Tereya Consulting clients use ServiceNow and my goals is to implement new features, troubleshoot bugs and give advices about serviceNow module implementation.

Context et goals
- The department uses a rating system for its sub-departments and sites present in the whole country.
- My work was to deliver an online application that can centralize, calculate and make data workable. The
application lists hundreds of sites and thousands of users.
- I realize the client needs analyses, conception, coding, unit tests and documentation writing.
Realizations
- Client’s needs, specifications
- Tool’s conception: UML modelling, technical architecture, the relational model
- Coding: Back-end in Python with the framework Django, front-end with HTML/CSS/JS with the framework
Bootstrap, jQuery and D3js.
- Test: unit’s tests, scenarios with data set generated by a script
Results
- I realize the client needs analyses, conception, coding, unit tests and documentation writing. The
application was developed with agile methodologies, the client's expectations have been changed (became
more precious), main functions were implemented.
- The test phase was started when I have finished my apprenticeship contract.

School project (master 2) – 4 months
Context and goals
- The purpose of the project was to add an add-on module to a car's onboard computer. This module adds
additional options such as cruise control, instant fuel consumption, number of kilometres driven, etc.
- The system regulating the speed of a car, the reaction time had to be as fast and as constant as possible,
the real-time programming brings a satisfactory answer. Project realized by a group of 5 students
Realizations
- Customer Needs Analysis, Specification Writing, Modelling and Architecture
- Subcontracting part of the code, writing documents in English
- Coding: Using a few design patterns such as the scheduler, Programming in Java, Virtual Machine under
Linux to simulate the drivers of the car and the environment

- Most goals were reached but some features were not finished due to a lack of time

- A tool developed internally made allowed consulting information about the hosting (number of total
machines, number of machines turning under Windows or Linux, the number of machines by sub-direction,
etc.)
- The application provided diagrammatic statistics that could be resumed at meetings and in decisionmaking. Data reliability and data presentation were important.
- The application becomes obsolete, an update is requested to meet the needs of management
