JDE 8.12 Data conversion Consultant: The client used Oracle PL for data conversion from legacy system into E1 8.12. In charge for GL, Payable, Receivable, Job Cost and Fixed asset data migration, teaming with inhouse experts, I produced specifications, wrote Sql conversion scripts, set up Jde accordingly, convert data and setup imports, cross checked with Distribution & Manufacturing.

ERP/Bar Code Project Manager : I was responsible of the Bar Code system and its interface to Movex and JDE XE Inventory, Sales Orders, EDI and Warehouse system. I trained and managed 15 technical consultants, we produced a software to control a based on bar code Sortation System for clothing.
I was responsible of Data conversion Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing Systems (both to JDE and from Jde-Oracle Sap Movex Navision) Software migration. I produced Users Manuals and trained internal and Client’s teams.

JDE One World (XE) Project leader : I was responsible of the EURO project and its rollout : Finance, Sales, Inventory, Receivable, Payable, EDI (NYNET) and OBER Manufacturing interfaces. I trained and managed 3 consultants and produced a fast Euro conversion methodology from which the Client saved 400K£.
I implemented 2 additional financial system : Discrepancy currency exchange accounts and Fixed Asset. For Finance consolidation, I created GL and Sales Datamart. ( Oracle Cognos Windows Coala Adonix Madras ).
I was involved in the coding ( ERW, C, Java, RPG ), interfacing the Web Catalog Sales, Counter sales and the Bar code Consignment Stock Management .

I was involved in Parisot distribution system implement : Leading the Data conversions, I trained 5 programmers. I then took part in Distribution, costing, transport and Manufacture set up, in Manufacturing and Finance interfaces, in test and roll out procedure. I also implemented EDI and wrote interface specifications for 6 sites including Poland and Romania .

My initial function for J&J France was for 3 months time involving customizing the Pricing Method and analyzing the sales orders system impacts ( sales, credit notes, consignment, free goods, packing & shipping, etc.), program coding follow-up and setting up sales accounts. My contract was extended for Kits Processing re-design which involved Sales orders, Advanced Warehouse and Shop Floor Control. Since May, 2 J&J JDE environments were merged into a single multinational configuration, I became responsible for the Address Book and customizing data conversion, taking into account new requirements.
