Among all Project controlling processes, Result Analysis methods have been revisited and it has been agreed to come back to SAP standard behaviour to comply with IFRS/Local GAAP:
Review and design 2 Result Analysis methods in accordance with Core business requirements: POC method using Milestone Billing & Progressive method using Resource Related Billing.
Customizing & Enhancements, Functional Specifications, unit and integration flows, tests and training and roll-out European, USA & Canadian units.
Ensure Interfaces between Oracle and SAP for result analysis calculation in SAP (Period end closing).
Support KU Project controllers and Business Process Owner PS.

Business processes understanding and Process flows design in accordance with Ambition Core Model Project System
Promote best practices and recommendations towards Project Cost Controllers, especially for their Periodic Financial Results used to calculate the Percentage Of Completion (Revenue based Result Analysis)
Provide assistance on Key business processes
Design and build the appropriated SAP CO-PC solution (Product Costing)
Customizing the entire solution according to the business needs ETO/MTS
Redaction of functional specifications and unit and Integration tests
Data conversion methodology (Stock Migration, Open Manufacturing orders…)

Providing overall SAP support to business users within the Finance and Controlling domain.
