• In charge of IT for a zone covering 25 countries on a SAP Full Scope
environment, this role embeds different responsibilities:
• Service delivery management (Ensuring the quality and
performance of the overall IT Project and Sustain activities based
on agreed SLA / KPI), Escalation management and Weekly,
monthly, quarterly reporting and yearly reporting to key
stakeholders.
• Sustain and project delivery optimization (Improvement of 20% in
the time to deliver sustain activities and 97% of project delivered in
time and quality and handed over to sustain)
• Internal and external providers management on a globally
distributed organization.
• Program Director for all IT projects of the region (70+) over SAP Core
system (Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales &
Marketing, infrastructure and platforms), digital transformation and
analytics team set up
• Numbers: 25 countries in scope, 9 Factories, 1 R&D Centers, 6 head
offices, 12 customers services, 20 warehouse, 20 M$ OPEX, 3M$
CAPEX, 60 internal IT peoples, 2 billion $ turn over

OM, PY, TM for 40+ countries, 90 000+ employees and 130 000+ pay
slips/month, provider management.
• Service delivery manager for KRONOS WC and WM for EMENA for
10 countries, 20 000+ employees, implemented in Head Office and
Factories, provider management.
• Escalation manager and weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
to key stakeholders

service delivery processes (SLA and KPI Definition and
improvement, business process and service delivery reengineering),
• Delivery process Optimization: increase of 30% performance in 2
years and redeployment of 25% of the resources thanks to
Harmonization, Automation, robotization.

PAYROLL AND TIME MANAGEMENT ZONE EUROPE (EUR)

• Service delivery manager: Responsible for all IT SAP Payroll & Time
management activities for zone EUR (30+ countries, 90 000+ pay
slips/months), covering support, project and system management.
• Delivery processes optimization: Responsible to review harmonize
and optimize our production and support process between
markets (Customer), HR Shared Service and IT providers (Creation
of new SLA, new KPI, ways of working leading to a reduction of 50%
of critical incident)
• Reorganization of all activities and process across different
locations (DE, UA, UK)
