For a worldwide consulting company I am working on a contract on the elaboration and presentation of a
generic services based architecture solution. The transformation activities are pan-European (including
MEA) where English, French, Arabic and German are used in parallel. At the same time I am interacting with
the development teams to prepare the architecture transformation solution. This activities are related to the
following fields:
Requirements engineering, client requests, PPT and related presentations resources
Uses an agile/Scrum SOA and business service approach;
Architecture design (TOGAF) light model for application, solution and infrastructure adaptation;
MVC, AngularJS, HTML5,CSS and REST;
XML, XSD and data-warehousing;
SAP BO and Oracle PL/SQL;
ESB models and governance services;
For a worldwide telecommunication institution I am working on a development of a .NET architecture; where I developed a roadmap on how to integrate .NET technologies as a primary field; which there where C++, JEE and PHP modules/services. This roadmap has the following capacities:
Requirements engineering, client conversion requests and related management presentations development;
Architecture design (~TOGAF) light model for application, solution and infrastructure adaptation;
Risk management based on KPIs;
Integrates a dynamic MVC model using Injections and webservices;
models, implements and manages the services;
Uses an agile/ATDD/TDD/BDD approach;
Generic and dynamic building block.
For a worldwide academic institution I am worked on a “research & development” project that is related to the architecture of business transformation projects; where I built a framework and have published more than 40 articles on the subject. The framework that was built is an enterprise architecture pattern in the form of a reference architecture/model for business transformation projects; this reference architecture/model has the following capacities:
Architecture requirements and design (~TOGAF) light model for application, solution and infrastructure adaptation;
selects the enterprise architect who can manage a business transformation project;
models, implements and manages the underlying business services to fit the transformation process;
manages the need knowledge;
Incorporates mobile development concepts.
Managerial recommendations for organizational & process changes are offered.
To designed templates for: 1) service description; 2) service change management; 3) service level management and monitoring; 4) architecture decision; 5) a migration and transition plan; 6) service contract definition and repository integration; 6) architecture building blocks; 7) service based transactions; and 8) EAI interfaces.
This enterprise architecture framework is based on the 1:1 mapping concept; that helps to model an architectural artefact starting the initial business requirement to generate the needed unified modelling artifact and then the create the subsequent service oriented architecture elements.
Helps in the requirements identification and tools’ selection.
Managerial recommendations for organizational & process changes were integrated. The pattern offered templates for: 1) service description; 2) service change management; 3) service contract definition and repository integration; 4) architecture building blocks; and 5) EAI interfaces.
This concept and proof of concept were presented at the OpenGroup’s/TOGAF event in October 2014 in London (see attachments).
