Relational Marketing Project Manager
Project management of the deployment of the relational and conversational marketing strategy of MMA using Neolane 6.1 (Adobe Campaign).
The aim of the project is to enhance the customer experience by providing them high-value interesting information and letting them interact, to strengthen the link with the brand, to retrieve customer knowledge, either direct (replies, forms submissions, forums posts) or inferred (responsiveness, customer journeys on the site), to communicate to the agents network the opportunities of business development, and to ease the work of the campaigns managers by optimizing the use of the advanced functionalities of Neolane (particularly the Digital Content Editor Module with a library of pre-defined templates and personalization blocks).
To achieve this goal, a cartography of business rules and triggers was created, and an offers recommendation engine is being developed, connected to the existing IT systems (Professionals and individuals editorial content platform (Jahia CMS - Oracle database), integration of the customers journeys through the site (AT Internet - Xiti), client marketing datamart (Oracle), big data lake (Hadoop)).
This offers recommendation engine will allow the automated diffusion of personalized information coming from the editorial content platform, according to :
