  Projects : payments systems specification , gap analysis and solutions , setup and implementation of an internet bank within T24 , interfaces specifications between securitie system and core banking (cash management and accounting) , DPM (discretionary portfolio management , performances and fess , financial providers specifications)

  Responsible for specifications and gap analysis for Cards (workshops with visa, gemalto, monext) , Cheques
  project management (team , budget , phasing , delivery).Reporting to the head committee.
