Context: The Robot Factory is an intelligent intermediary component between IT services, business
units and user interfaces (man-machine interfaces).
ROLE 1: CHATBOT QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
I am responsible for the QA acceptance of the Leonard Chatbot. A Chatbot is a virtual assistant
capable of chatting with users and responding to their queries. It is equipped with artificial intelligence
that enables it to understand the context and perform more complex tasks in parallel than a simple
bot.
Participating in the management of tests within projects:
● Drafting test strategies (coverage, criticality, prioritization, impact analysis, etc.).

Context: Redesign of CORE Clearing System focusing on Instant Payment SEPA Credit Transfer and
SEPA Direct Debit. Validate the conformity of the system towards message treatment and ensure the
conformity of pre-existing functionalities: Scheduler, DRR Daily Reconciliation Report, Statistics for
BDF and NBB, Interest Calculation, Settlement with TARGET2.

Context: My mission consisted in ensuring the technical and functional quality of the INFOTEL
project: OSS solution which has become a single repository for RTE for the description of the
TCM-TCD telecom assets as well as the transactions with the interfaces which are linked to it
(INFOREF and AISTEL).

Context: As part of the Duty of Advice program, the insurance code provides for a pre-contractual
information obligation on the insurer. It consists in migrating from the FDC Duty Advice Sheet to the
new FIP Pre-contractual Information Sheet which is a support to the distribution networks for their
duty to advise process.
