Solution Architect on Service Impact Management and Atrium CMDB with over 15 years I got a solid experience with global and international organisations, including European Commission (DIGIT), France Telecom Orange, Meditel (Moroco), Globe Telecom (Manilla), Generali (Italia) and more.
I am focussed, business-minded and committed to my customers by doing my best to be an efficient, reliable and hardworking professional.
During my last mission, I had to put in production the BPPM (ProactiveNet) solution at the European Commission which involved the following:
- Transparency and visibility both internally and externally end users by linking business & technical components (Atrium CMDB)
- Faster problem identification and solution
- Focus on end-users and business functions/processes
- Improve the communication between IT & Business
- Integrate real-time IT and service information with the helpdesk trough more than 1500 Business applications and 4000 servers
I have also a passion for the Business Process Management discipline.
I always believe this area could help any organizations get a good understanding about their business processes in order to reach the sufficient agility in order to adapt in real time the evolution of the world.
In other words, provide the decision makers the right information at the right time according to the BPM approach.
