POSITION: PeopleSoft Consultant PROJECT PHASE(S) : Fit Gap
• Create the various data flow diagrams, blueprints, interfaces including third party vendors for the technical fitgap assessment.
• Peopletools compare reports : Analyze and document the on-line technical solutions (training and billing) against the Oracle Psoft Release 9 solution from one business unit.
• Analyze existing solution to identify “bolt-on” customised vs delivered software objects.
• Validate existing configuration for the module including Core HR settings.
• Manage the web-tool with questionnaire results, follow up calls with the business users.
• Report to Management twice weekly with macro-micro status reports.
• Manage the project plan, meetings and deliverables.
