Within the new Digital & Data Group IT Division (DDS), I was responsible for the creation of a new department
in charge of providing Data Management Services for the entire Group, 60 entities, including both IT &
Business operations.
- Enhanced the IT New Ambition/stream Data Management program, focusing on establishing a new crossfunctional data capacity group and defining the group IT strategy to streamline Data Management initiatives
and generate savings of 8 M€
- Orchestrated the development and follow-up of the multi-year Data transformation strategic plan - TSP DATA
2025, including stream identification, architecture, governance, target operating model (TOM), alignment
with the business strategy, roadmap definition, workload planning, and business case development.
- Conducted a comprehensive IT Data organization audit, developed insightful diagnostics, and implemented
the SAFE TOM to optimize data management product delivery and ensure seamless integration with the
organization's objectives
- Assessed data management business processes, systems and organizational structures to identify gaps and
opportunities for improvement
- Defined the target operating model to align metadata management processes across the group
