Project Objective:
• The objective of the One Unilever program is to implement a tax efficient integrated European supply chain model. The Sirius project goals are to streamline the European business to optimize synergy and scale across business process and IT harmonization. The solution will manage the European Supply Chain end-to-end, to be shelf driven, enable innovation and improve cost competitiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Created and managed detailed project plan and status reporting for the Supply Chain workstream
• Provided priorities and direction to team members and ensured deliverables were on track, complete, and in compliance with project standards
• Assisted users during User Acceptance Test (UAT) so that system processes met requirements and were successfully tested and signed off
• Created and delivered training on new business processes
• Developed coaching skills and assisted resources in acquiring skills

• Responsible for the assignment and execution of all testing activities (manufacturing, warehouse and purchasing processes)
