- Coordination with Alcatel-Lucent team (like EPPIX data expert) during Post-paid Data Migration Project from EPPIX to BSCS :
• Manage Onsite Support Team.
• Resolve Production’s Troubleshoot: Analysis, defect detection, prioritization, work-around and reporting.
• Review Specifications: Audit and Specification’s validations in order to ensure all BSCS configurations and interfaces development are valid and respect Togo Cellulaire expectation.
• Ensure Automate rating, Billing and non regression testing.
• Provide BSCS iX R2 trainings and support for Togo Cellulaire end users.
- Administrate BSCS environment:
• Configure BSCS environment (rateplan, price, discount, promotion, free unit)
• Administrate Rating and Billing UNIX processes (Online and offline call charging, TapIn calls, billing and invoicing process)
• Receipt Resources (Sim card and MSISDN by RA)
• Monitor Calls processing workflow
• Monitor provisioning UNIX processes (MPv3)
• Manage Customer care web based interface
• Analyze daily rating and billing results in database
• Identify error codes, statistical information, and history of processing results
• Administrate oracle database (check frequently the available space for tablespace and index, add datafiles and tablespaces if it is necessary…)
• Configure EPPIX environment (rateplan, price, discount)
• Administrate Rating and billing UNIX processes (Online and offline call charging, TapIn calls
billing and invoicing process)
• Administrate Resources (Sim card and MSISDN receipts)
• Monitor Calls processing workflow
• Manage Eppix Customer care
• Analyze daily rating and billing results in database
• Identify error codes, statistical information, and history of processing results
• Extract TapOut files for roaming partners
• Administrate oracle database (create partition for RTX, add datafiles and tablespaces…)
