Role synopsis: The IMPACT Programme aims at defining and deploying harmonized master data, business processes and applications throughout MBDA using latest SAP S/4HANA technology as a baseline:
• Move current ERP systems to S/4HANA using a hybrid approach
• Create a master data governance process across MBDA Group supported by the SAP MDG tool
• Ensure a common and fully integrated business planning, budgeting, reporting and consolidation solution through the deployment of SAP BPC. Implementing CAPEX planning, data collection for Cost Base elements (Headcount, non-payroll) and Contract Statement Report (CSR), followed by an implementation to facilitate Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP), Budget, Forecast and Reporting processes.
• Ensure common and fully integrated sales and operations planning capabilities including simulations (i.e. what if scenarios).
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Involved in defining the process, responsible for data migration across all functional work streams, and will identify data to be transitioned from legacy systems to S/4 HANA, MDG; develop core data migration deliverables and technical assets and support the testing throughout the data migration test cycles.

Role synopsis: The Project is part of the development of the Information System, which aims to ensure connectivity and improve performance within the SONATRACH Group. Role synopsis: Existence of detailed data only in decentralized systems which are not harmonized blocking high business level value initiatives (BI, forecasting, machine learning, …). Goals of this program was to become IFRS compliant and be able to produce and deliver reliable data existing in the ERP systems. In order to give the ability of each and every member of the Finance community to benefit (in different ways) from these changes. For reaching these expectations, milestones have been deployed (harmonizing the CoA, B/S and P&L in ERP at reporting entity level, legal valuation, IFRS compliant for revenue recognition, Orders, Analytical P&L…).

Role synopsis: This project has been introduced from the very beginning not only as an IT project, but as a Company Transformation one. All departments of the companies are impacted by this migration and should be involved in the project. The migration towards SAP S4/HANA should enable, in the end, a full implementation of the Entrepreneur Operating Model. This should also enable all SES-Imagotag’s companies to beneficiate from a harmonized IT environment. The set-up of SAP S4/HANA should accompany the strategic reflexion around the process revision and help put in place the best practices.
