Contract Coupa Change Management & Training Lead

Directed the facilitation of process mapping and procurement process training for both Coupa and SAP deployments as required across clients.
Provided subject matter expertise as a client facing consultant and facilitated the procurement process and eProcurement training for global clients including Automotive OEM and 1st tier supplier (SAP & Coupa deployments). Analyzed existing procedures and implemented optimized/standardized PO Processing, Supplier Onboarding, and Contract Management processes for global procurement centers.
Key Contributions:
Strategically coordinated the outsourced Indirect Procurement team in Mexico - Developed and launched all key processes, desktop procedures, and facilitated training on the new Coupa tool. Successfully standardized all 17 of the client’s global procurement centers key processes and desk top procedures for SAP deployment.
Managed and monitored the allotted budget and schedule for supply chain training.
Created course curriculum and presented training for Supply Chain courses both online and in person, globally. Monitored the annual SC education spend and confirmed that all activities adhered to the allotted budget, schedule, delivery, and tracking of Global Supply classroom training worldwide for 19,000 employees. Organized and monitored course and instructor evaluation process.
