Project: The aim of the project was to deploy Primagaz on S4 Hana so to migrate all the data all data from several
legacies. For data migration team the challenge was to identify the AS IS vs the TO BE to ensure the business.
Mission:
o Define the data migration strategy
o Coordinate the IT local team and support the successful execution of the end-to-end data migration
including the ETL approach, pre / post load validation process and data quality check.
o Coordinate with the BPO the needs in terms of cleansing follow up and report

Project: The aim of the project was to merge in one SAP TR instance the three L’Oréal Travel Retail affiliates Europe,
Asia Pacific, and America. For PMD team the challenge was to implement the L’Oréal material master data repository tool (IBM specific tool), to interface it with the new central SAP TR instances and to ensure the usage of the data.
▪ Implement the interface between L’Oréal’s material master data repository tool (IBM) and SAP Travel Retail
o Workshops organization to align the business process
o Design the TR MD SAP core model with business expert, coordinate the development and ensure the customizing.
o Define unit, integration (Snow tool) and E2E data integration tests
o SPOC of the IBM teams to translate the technical needs on business needs and vice versa
