RÉALISATIONS
â Managing entire portfolio to accelerate IT Transformation of On-Premise Data Warehouses & adopting GCP (BigQuery) Solutions. (Budget 1.7M€)
â Construction and management of roadmaps for decommissioning projects, preparation of transversal steering committee
â Provide architecture-level decommissioning strategies and monitor the execution of this strategy (Hybrid Mode then full scale on BigQuery)
â Monitor the progress of all projects and programs, including progress, timelines, risks, issues, and technology expenditures against the budget plan
â Capture the needs of the business, carry out scoping studies, carry out impact studies, prepare solutions selection files
â Coordinate and validate functional receipts, change support, and product releases with Products Owners

Responsible for the integration of Adeo’s ISP (Inhabitant Social Platform) solutions within Leroy Merlin Spain (42 products).
Coordination and Management between the Adeo product teams, web services development team, QA, ProdOps, and PortalOps.
Within The Orange IT Storage service center. I led the analysis, design, planning, development, and testing as well as the deployment of new
solutions. I have developed REST-type PHP web services which are used to retrieve data between the service center and Orange customers. I
have also worked on the maintenance management, availability, and lifecycle of the services (Incident management).
Within an international team made up of developers, developer analysts, application owners and project managers. I led the development,
testing and deployment of new features for Amaris internal web applications (used by over 250 employees). I have had the chance to work
on very different applications, both in development and in service integration
Construction of an Optimized Roadmap in collaboration and coordination with the PO of more than 150 applications / BDD-SQL Server /
networks used within the NEO department (Network Engineering & Operation 1600 employees) as well as the analysis and identification of
technical, financial and competitive risks (KPI and Business Impact).
The aim of this roadmap was to decommission all unused solutions in order to reduce maintenance costs and to facilitate incident
management within Proximus.
