- Innovation, service strategy setup and roadmap: Hybrid cloud vision evangelist, bottom-up crowdsourced ideation platform for operational excellence, service catalog definition for End Users and Business services, front end and back end service costing definition and setup support.
- Management of IT Business Partners – 42 people in 10 countries: Business relationship
management with internal clients and businesses. Collective deliverable on missions and mindset, integration in GIS processes and services, key success factors and behaviors, service catalog promotion, knowledge management.
Provide for France all local area network architectures, deployment and support: 10000 users and 2000 servers (3 major Data Centers)
- Manage and report on LAN budget, expenses and forecasts.
