As Senior consultant, I was in charge of the professional services activity
for the EMEA zone. This position included three key responsibilities: - lead
trainings for customers and partners - lead projects and provide consulting
to integrator partners and final customers - provide level 2 support
As I was responsible for the Identity and Access Management business
unit, my mission included the following duties: - State of the art studies,
partnership with Editors. - Creation of new offers, pre-sales. - Lecturer at
seminars. - Identity and Access Management projects. - Other security

CUSTOMER SERVICES DIRECTOR – CURRENT POSITION
Based in San Jose, CA, LogLogic is an innovator and market leader in log
management, compliance management and security management solutions.
Its services department is an expertise center that regroups the training,
professional services, and support activities. As responsible of the EMEA
activities, I supervise the work of six technical account managers.
I led projects for our HP customer, including: - Implementation of the
integration process for HP telecom solutions on Linux servers. -
Automating RedHat clusters configuration at the HP Erskine factory in UK.
Implementation of the ForCES protocol under Linux. ForCES is a working
group of the Internet Engineering Task Force that works on router internal
protocols. My mission was to help define the protocol and to provide an
implementation. It required strong conception and programming skills.
Reverse engineer on voice-over-IP gateways and implementation of a web
interface to allow VoIP customers to remotely change their IP-phone
settings. I led this project as part-time job in parallel to my MSc studies at
EURECOM Institute.
Demonstrations for the AMESim engineering simulation software. State-of-the-art
study of web technologies and creation of online product demonstrations.
