I'm working in the department Customer Follow Up which leads 3 main activities: Business Intelligence, CRM and Customer Intelligence.
My role is:
· Develop and manage the SAS Portal for directors of agencies (reporting)
· Ad-hoc data querying (mostly portfolio oriented) ;
· Provide simple to more complex data analysis to other internal departments: campaign analysis, targeting, market research, statistic methods (logistic regression mainly)

Project: gather data from all the different players in the energy market and (after validation) use them to calculate several measures that are then afterwards used to settle the payments between all parties.
Results: exercise for the data of 2005 closed, data of 2006 ongoing, existing code enhanced,.
This was done using SAS software (SAS/BASE, SAS/SQL, SAS/MACRO).

Projects: Ad-hoc analysis for Marketing Units in Business Mobile Division and developing analytical data models by using statistical and Data Mining techniques in order to assist, consult and guide the Business Divisions in decision-making process.
The marketing business actions impacted included Pricing, Up-selling, Campaign Targeting and Impact Measurement.
For all these analysis, I was working on SAS and gathered and extracted data from multiple Data Ware House sources by Oracle SQL, SAS querying and Teradata SQL

Projects: category management for DELHAIZE, targetting people for mailings for RENAULT (customers and prospects), socio-demographical analysis for AFIBEL (mail order).
My role involved scoring by creating models using geomarketing, socio-demographic analysis of markets. Definition of a methodoloy of category management (how to find the best substitute products for the charcuterie aisle).

CREDOC is the research center for the study and the observation of living conditions. This center studies the behaviours of French people for more than 50 years and works for different customers (private, ministries, unions...).
Projects: ad hoc marketing projects for industries like Danone, Nestlé, inter-professions, authorities...
My role was project management with creation of market research questionnaires, database management (importation, cleaning, treatment, variables creation on SAS 9, SAS base, stat, graph, output), data analysis (PCA, MDS, modelling on SAS 9, SAS stat and SPAD), reporting and presentations to customers on Word and Powerpoint.

Description:
Project: Enhancement of the quality of wines (i.e the gustatory and microbiological quality of the Dom Perignon and the Moët&Chandon)
My role was to search for improvement of the quality of the wines starting from their gustatory notes and the parameters of their history by using modelling, PCA with tools such as SPAD, Splus, Statgraphics and Access. Creation and automation of an Access base realizing the dashboards of decision-making aid on Access.
