Full Re-engineering of the factoring activity
Rosbank (17000 employees) is the Biggest subsidiary of SG abroad.
Societe Generale is currently reorganizing all the processes & organizational activities of its subsidiary.
A BPM pilot project was initiated in the factoring subsidiary of Rosbank.
The factoring menanagement has defined a new vision for the company: To become a recognized actor on the highly competitive factoring
market in Russia (more than 150 factors) by providing a higher quality service compare to the competition.
To serve this vision, goals have be en defined: 1. To Digitalize the client relationship, 2.To Digitalize the workflow, 3. To obtain the accreditation ISO 9001 Quality Management System in order to certify the quality of the service on the market.
Two strategies were implemented in that purp
ose: 1. Management of business processes and continuous improvement by
opening a BPM project, 2. Implementation of Aquarius software (factoring ERP) and its web service solution. To achieve the two strategies, hre below the deliverables:
