For the customer “Total” I took the role as an IT project management support on the authorizations part in the HR4U project
My role was to build scenarios regarding authorizations on a wide scope including PAOM, portal, training management, career development, appraisal management.
I was also in charge to guarantee that the solutions provided by the integrator were in accordance with the functional specifications.
This project requires a good functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR as Total includes a wide scope of HR functionalities and use lots of specific complex developments (bitmap for authorizations, specific portal screens for HR population…)
For Volvo IT I have worked as a SAP HR portal and backend consultant.
I have implemented the webdynpro abap portal ESS and MSS solution (Facelift project) Personal profile business cards, leave requests, time recording, Universal Worklist...
Developing and customizing of the standard package ESS/MSS 1.51. International deployment in the USA, Sweden and France. Use of the launchpad development to be able to manage one global role for all countries.
Roll out of the SAP HR solution in the Volvo Japan subsidiary (1HR Japan project)
As a technical and functional consultant I have integrated the Volvo core solution in addition of local features specific to Japan legislation. Development and customizing in WebDynpro abap with the EHP5 ESS and MSS package Translation problematic and management of international managers.
I have participated to this project by providing my technical expertise during the development phase, then as a support function during the testing phases and the go live phases.
Project leader of a roll-out of an international eRecruiting project
This is an integration project of SAP HR eRecruiting version 6,04 in 9 countries. This project lasted 7 months for 150 days of development:
-Organization of the different tasks on the project: Planning management, tools and tracking. Communication and organization of the different IS teams involved in the project
-Gathering the functional needs: conducting workshops with the key users of each subsidiary. Meeting report writing and presentation of the conclusion to the directors
-Customizing of the system : Portal iviews, pages and roles, customizing backend webdynpro configurator, customizing basic eRecruiting, smartforms...
-Communication toward key users and directors (steering committees, project reviews...)
-Management of 2 consultants + intervention of an external expertise.
Upgrade SAP HR ECC6.0 → EHP4
During this technical upgrade I had the responsibility of the portal, PAOM and the time management.
-Analysis of the customizing and existing programs. Implementation and tracking of OSS notes.
-Update of the technical documentation.
-Organization of the testing phases with the key users. Functional and technical support.

During these 2 projects, I had the opportunity to implement PAOM, Time management and the portal.
-Gathering the needs with the local key users. Gap analysis with the core model.

-Customizing of the system: Actions, infotypes, reporting, absences/attendances, quotas, ESS and MSS portal...
