AIRBUS has decided to migrate 4 legacies systems under SAP ECC 4.6 to 1 ECC on Supply Chain scope by wave.
“Wave 2” migration project (based on Wave 1 experience) is focus on A350 aircraft program impacting all countries (FR / GE / UK / SP).

The E.Leclerc stores are supplied by a central procurement generalist organized by 16 geographical areas. E.Leclerc network has decided to optimize and migrate its decision-making tools, redesign business processes and set up a centralized repository that is shared with all the entities in the organization.

Attached to the DSI and the program director, as part of the BODS BOXI project, my mission involved migration decision-making and planning tools and was organized around 3 axes :
1st axis:
Assist and recommend as expert business intelligence solutions.
Coordinate and control the various internal stakeholders for the client (several departments) and service providers (several providers).
Monitor the progress of projects and alerts.
Prepare and lead project meetings and steering committees.
Coordinate with the leaders of each tools impacted by migration.
Coordinate between project managers and team leader of each decision tool.
