Worked as a freelancer in CRM projects, providing expert consulting mostly on Digital Marketing and Big Data implementations in both Siebel and Neolane tools.
Collaborated on a startup IT implementation project at Travelex, a worldwide financial services and currency provider. Performed functions as lead Business Analyst for the CRM Siebel Marketing module in the inception and design phases (using standards-based Oracle Unified Method) of an across-the-board Oracle systems implementation (EBS, Siebel, OBIEE, ATG, etc). Responsible for elaboration and presentation of end-customer pilot workshops, high-level requirements gathering, gap analysis, process and scope design with the project’s stakeholders.
Results: Provided Siebel Marketing expertise up to par with Oracle Siebel’s internal consultancy provider, helping set the standards and scope for the follow-up implementation program.
Worked in collaboration with an Accenture team, serving as full responsible and strategist for CRM applications of a government-owned agency. The role focused on auditing the customer’s CRM processes from an expert’s point of view and working closely with the customer to assess their CRM needs and pipelines as an input for budgeting.
Results: Helped government agency understand and tackle their CRM licensing costs by optimizing their CRM needs and processes.
Collaborated in a Siebel 8.0 start-up project, implementing a Siebel eCommunications application for TwoFour54, a government-owned and recently launched Media Zone in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Performed functions as an integration specialist for the CRM team, analyst and developer for the Siebel/Oracle EBS integration effort team (customized Siebel Application Services Interfaces, inbound and outbound Web Services).
Results: Drove the entire integration effort amongst different teams, delivering high quality work in the first international experience.
2012 - Adidas Group: CRM Marketing specialist project manager in a B2C ongoing project using Neolane v6. Worked with brand marketing, retail and e-comm counterparts in several initiatives such as: building consumer big data from several platforms; multi-channel campaign efforts with external vendors, agencies and systems; country-specific Email and M-Marketing compliances; consulting on brand, retail and e-comm CRM strategy. Responsible for driving business demands with international teams and follow-up planning, scope definition, requirements gathering, preparation of briefing documentation and campaign execution overview.
Results: Improved the overall CRM effort, defining best-practice processes and delivering several complex initiatives, from data capture to follow-up and personalized customer engagement. Became the “talk to” person for all business initiatives.
Performed as Siebel expert consultant in two of Portugal’s major consultancy companies and one consulting Start-Up, gathering and applying knowledge in different Oracle Siebel versions and modules. Worked always in client-facing positions for a wide variety of companies and businesses.
