BDR Thermea decided to implement SAP S4 for France. I have participated to the project as
PPDS consultant for designing the solution and garanteing the interface with other streams
(especially manufacturing and SCM).
Main tasks:
Design of the solution, unitary testing, documentation, manage Business requirements,
prepare and support UAT.
LINDT France decided to implement IBP for its forecast process and switch from APO to the
new SAP advanced planning tool. I have participated to this implementation as the project
manager for the integrator (Teamwork) side.
Main tasks:
Setting up weekly meetings, follow-up on current implementeing tasks, issue list, budget
tracking, planning deviation, follow-up and coordinates ABAP development.
BDR Thermea group deployed a full S/4 implementation for its Italian location (Baxi) and I
came along on the project to implement the PPDS part as consultant and project manager.

Setting-up meetings, minute meeting summary, assigning tasks, tasks follow-up with
consultants (tasks and issue list) setting-up dead lines, set up main milestones.
JTEKT has decided to implement IBP for its S&OP process (bugdet process) in order to be
more flexible to customer changes and to be able to measure these changes in terms of
mpacts on their Business. This solution have been completed later on with a capacity
analysis, through IBP.

consultants (tasks and issue list) setting-up dead lines, set up main milestones.
Huntsman ADMAT (Advanced Material) has decided to implement the Dowap RDS solution
on APO SNP to cover DRP and MPS processes. Addtionnaly to this, they are installing the
Dowap XSBS solution, allowing users to build their own requests and reports using an Excel
interface (more user friendly) while working under APO.
Main tasks :
Setting up weekly meetings, follow-up on current implementeing tasks, issue list, budget
tracking, planning deviation, steering committee meetings, follow-up and coordinates ABAP
development, detailed design, Key-user training etc.
BOBST decided to implement an SnOP process for the Business Unit Sheet Fed (Steelwedge /
E2Open solution).
I have participated to this as IT project manager to ensure that Steelwedge would integrate
well in the organization from a technical point of view. The main difficulty came to the fact
that data needed to be anonymised during the process.
Main tasks :
Follow-up meetings, coordination with IT security departement, developments (BW), IT
infrastructure, data anonymisation and Business, time tracker and delivery due date
respect.
