Responsible for outsourcing all Corporate Websites of Banksys to ATOS France and to set up a migration strategy of all web applications. The major activities
for establishing the migration strategy were to perform a Business analysis and to produce a Business Case study were the strategy was developed,
financially and technically motivated and where the potential risks were identified with a proposal for their mitigation. A pilot program, the migration of the
Corporate Websites, was selected for confirming the strategy and creating a constructive relationship with the Web Hosting Provider. Responsible for
managing all subcontractors associated to the e-commerce program. Responsible for implementing the Business Continuity Management plan for the eprograms within the larger Corporate BCM.

These 4 medium-sized banks rely on a common provider, Allshare NV, for their IT system. Responsible for evaluating the maturity of AllShare NV for producing
e-banking applications. The major activities were to investigate all internal processes (technical ones as well as management ones) for assessing their weak
points, proposing a recovery action list and presenting in front of the 4 Banks management committees the findings and associated potential recovery plan.
The business needs expressed by the 4 banks were also investigated in order to define a prioritisation among the various recovery actions to be performed
by AllShare NV.

Responsible for the Isabel Zoomit “B2C” application: the 3 million users of the Internet Banking will soon be able to receive their invoices and other
information related to their financial transactions via their favorite tool for payment. Major activities were to perform a business analysis with the
requirements from the Marketing Dept and to produce a Requirement User Document that was given to LogicaCMG, who was responsible for the
development of the application. Managing LogicaCMG as subcontractor was another important activities as well as the follow up of the development life
cycle up to the User Acceptance Test. The Zoomit application was tested and set up into production 2 weeks in advance on the planning.

Responsible for the Business Payment, Account Management and Card management processes re-engineering (BPR) using Aris tool. The challenge was to
define Fortis Unified Processes, at cross border level, for the payment and cards domains in order to offer to Fortis a knowledge base for migrating toward a
unique IT platform called Temenos T24. Major activities were to analyse existing business payment processes associated to the business conditions in
Belgium and in Netherlands, to describe those processes with Aris tool and to find a common standard practice.
