  • Brought on board to Singapore Telecom to provide support for System Testing Team to redefine system testing strategy and approach.
  • Ensured client confidence in Accenture solution by demonstrating extensive billing expertise to the client manager and conducting training sessions on Arbor BP for Accenture and client personnel
  • Supervised the Billing Interface Team to successfully implement the interface tools between Arbor billing system and four other systems (Clarify, BillDat, Unisys, Banks) for Spark. My main contributions included finalizing interface approach and solutions with functional and technical design.
  • Delivered excellent billing solutions to the unique Taiwanese Telecom market and gained respect of client management and end-users.
  • Coordinated and conducted training sessions for Accenture and client personnel for numerous projects.
  • Worked with a team to implement Arbor/BP for Cable & Wireless USA. My role was the lead programmer to deliver the data conversion program and billing interface package.
