Project «ALLIANCE»:
The aim of this project is to reduce time between receipt of the Customer Purchase Order and its inclusion (creation of Sales Order/Contract) in Alcatel-Lucent ERP (BluePlanet).
Sales Orders/Contracts are prepared in Alliance (Microsoft) and then they are sent to BluePlanet (SAP) via interface.
To meet this requirement,
2 inbound interfaces (EDI / IDOCs) have been created to allow the users to create /update Customer Sales Orders or Contracts in BluePlanet (SAP) from the legacy system Alliance.
1 Remote Function Call has been created to retrieve partners stored in BluePlanet. The call is done from Alliance.
1 outbound interface (EDI/IDOCs) has been created to send back messages to the user (success messages, error messages, warnings, etc…)
Project «PROM»:
Enhancement of “Alliance tool” and interfaces in order to enable higher automation of order entry and execution.
The aim of PROM project is to enable a full automated process from the receipt of the Customer Purchase Order in Alliance (Legacy System) to the creation of the Outbound Delivery (in SAP)
(Creation of the Sales Order in SAP ï Creation of the PR and PO (in SAP) ï Good Receipt ï Creation of the Outbound Delivery (in SAP))
To meet this requirement,
1 outbound interface (EDI/IDOCs) has been implemented in BluePlanet in order to trigger the material data changes and to send them to Alliance (based on change pointer).
1 Remote Function Call has been created in order to allow the users to Create/Update the Ship-to partners in BluePlanet from Alliance.
1 Remote Function Call has been created in order to Create/Update the pricing conditions in BluePlanet from Alliance.
Role: For each Enhancement Request (ER) created by the Business team
Analyse of the Business Requirement (Hand Over meeting with the Business)
Proposal of the solution to the Business team (Functional and Technical changes + Costs +Planning ) during a the ERB (Enhancement Request Board)
Manage the implementation until the Go-live in production (management of the development team and the EAI team, Creation/Execution of the functional changes, the unit tests, the Integration tests, NRT (OTC) and support the Users during the UATs)
After the Go-Live: Knowledge Transfer to the Maintenance Team (Off Shore)

The aim of this project was the fusion of 2 companies: “Groupama Logistique (GLA)” and “Groupama Systeme d’Information (GSI)”
Role:
Analyze of the existing organizational structures of the 2 companies.
Management of the workshops with the Business teams of the two companies (Sales & Purchase) in order to well understand the existing flows.
Analyse and proposal of several configurations of the target system for the fusion (GLA into GSI or GSI into GLA or create a new company for the fusion of the 2 existing companies)
