Elle est développée par le CLUSIF (Club de la Sécurité des systèmes d'Information Français), c’est une méthode d'analyse des risques élaborée à partir des méthodes MARION et MELISA, mais aussi une base de connaissance.
Competency transfer from the federal government to the regional governments
As part of the 6th reform of the Belgium government, some competencies are transferred to the regional employment agencies like the services cheques training fund, paid educational leave, professional experience fund and tutoring.
As Business and functional analyst, I am in charge of the documentation of the existing system working at the federal public service for employment, retro engineering of the SAS build forms and applications and process management for the new services like payment using the PIA software (accountant software including OTC).
Another part of my mission is the data architecture and the solution engineering to build the new system.
In this project, the most difficult part is to rebuild these tools in less than 6 months with a small team (maximum 3 persons).
One of the most critical parts of the project is to integrate a OTC system using a web service and to transfer data from a SAS system to SharePoint.

ERP implementation / CRM migration
Business & Decision is a BI and CRM consultancy leading company in Europe. As they wanted to implement an ERP solution for their Benelux subsidiary including order to cash system, they have the opportunity to migrate their CRM from a MS Dynamics 4.0 to the 2013 version and clean their data.
The selected ERP solution was Everwin SX because of the lower price than competitors.
In this part of the project, I was in charge of process documentation, workshop management, being the single point of contact between the supplier and the different services in the company (Finance, sales, business units…).
Because this solution is France oriented, some customizations must be done like the freelance management or links with SECUREX for the all HR part and must interface the OTC with the ISABEL banking system.
In the CRM part of the project, my main job was to manage the planning and making use statistics for each field to detect problematic field or forms (non-used, mis-used…), so a lean CRM can be used in the Sales service.
As the CRM contain the HRM, the HR requirement allowed us to create a safe tool.
This HRM tool has interfaces with SECUREX and the ERP to share the needed information.
As both parts of the project were risk sensitive, a risk management methodology was used to secure each points of the life cycles for both application.
I have facilitated successful Release of Code from Engineering to Production by proactively and reactively working with Executives, Development and Operations managers.

Several projects for VOO in the Web & Mobile department
During my mission in VOO and Be TV, my main task is to make Web site Business analyses for internal customer as marketing or billing services. As Business analyst, I have to make some project management for some projects.
One of my first projects in VOO was to define the possibilities to make a responsive design website and a Mobile Application for our sale funnel and to make business and functional analyses. During this part of the project, I gave the main parts of the User Experience and Content management.
During this mission, I had to make an analysis about a heat map for the wi-free project. With data about the location of VOO's customers, this map has to show the density of wi-free networks.
Another part of this mission is to write technical and functional analyses using UML and BPMN diagrams to facilitate developers work for most of our projects.
One of the other main part of my job is to design lean system process to make requirements fit with good performances and to avoid error in a heterogeneous web infrastructure.
All our internal project are Marketing orientated because the main goal of our website is to sale internet, mobile products and ARPU products, like VOD.
During My analyses, I have to meet all internal customers and solution suppliers, like Moxie for our click to call project.
Open IT concept
I was in charge of a resources management tool project for a farm consortium.
Breeders are looking for the perfect system for a full management. The existing solutions are too expensive and not cloud or web oriented. The challenge of this mission was to start from nothing and building a professional application.
I am in charge of the project management and all the analysis for this application.
One of the main features of this project is a mobile oriented interface that can be used with one hand in a tractor using 3G networks. For each events, the spacial coordinates were saved in a database.
Each event can be shown on map using a web page with Google map API.
The other main feature is the possibility to export the data to the official governmental software.
One of the biggest challenge was to do a simple and ergonomic system that can be used by farmers who have no knowledge in IT.
This project is now finished and released.
I was in charge of a human resources and planning tools project internally in SOGETI Belgium.
This project consisted of the development of a team management tool using web technologies. I was in charge of the business and functional analysis to determine the clients’ needs and expectations, and to prepare development and testing of this tool.
One part of my job consisted of managing brainstorming and classic meetings to find information about needs and obligations in the requirements.
I was also leading the development team. Sometimes, I joined this team for PHP object oriented scripts, pages development and database architecture and administration.
As project manager, I was also in charge of the technical document, user guide manual and infrastructure preparation and support.
I was in charge of the diagrams and scenarios writing.
The Commission’s Enterprise Europe Network offers advice and services to international partners. They needed to have new web tools to improve the quality of these services after 10 years using old technologies from former IRC (innovation relay center) and EIC (Euro information center) networks.
During this project, I was partly in charge of the Business analysis to determine users’ expectations.
The main part of my job was the writing of all UML and BPMN diagrams for the development team specifically for the web environment context of this project. This was the technical design and functional design representations of the requirements.
