Planning the stages of the project & Co-ordinating the project team . Delivery the SCCM imaged machine to the customers.
System Administration
Communicate response times for dispatched tickets to the customers
Manage the entire service request process ensuring adherence to SLA
Process and send IT reports. Manage the execution of fieldwork. Review work performed by subordinates and provide feedback
Work with Management to understand application systems, business processes, resolve issues and communicate findings.
Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repairs equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments
Field Support engineer
SCCM OSD deployment process including the driver library. Group Policy. Active Directory. WSUS for both desktop and servers. USB/PXE booting environment for SCCM imaging. WIM booting environment for SCCM imaging. Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues. Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, backups, restores, software delivery.
Responsible for the troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of IT system and equipment including printers, hardware, and workstations. Supporting customers using remote access technologies and visiting client directly.
