During this assignment, at the heart of the insurance and
banking sector, I was asked to support the business
(recruitment, talent, training, Core HR, Compensation) in the
various phases of a Workday implementation project (Architect
and configure, test, deploy, hypercare). I was the technical and
functional referent.
Conducted a thorough security audit of the Workday system using advanced analytics. Identified
constraints in the current security configuration and proposed a structured approach to enhance
security protocols, aligning with Workday best practices. Developed short-term and long-term
action plans to address constraints. Also actively supported the system's daily operations and
addressed development requests for optimal performance. Worked for French/African/Asian
market.
In Eiffage's Project Owner Run team, I handle various business requests, including anomalies,
changes, analyses, feasibility studies, configuration, and testing. My focus is mainly on core
compensation, but I also work on reporting, HCM, payroll, integration, and other areas. This
mission involves multiple countries, including France, Spain, Belgium, UK, Canada, Poland,
Switzerland, and Germany. My skills include Workday Compensation, Workday HCM, Workday
Reporting, HRIS, Workday administration, and Workday Integration.
In close collaboration with the project manager and Workday teams, I handled test scenario setup
and implementation for HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules, aligning the configuration
with the requirements of the ING Bank group. Additionally, I managed data quality throughout the
testing phase, including data loading, extractions, analysis, integrations, and reporting.
In Deloitte's Workday Implementation project, I actively participated in various tasks related to HRIS
management, including security administration, report writing, integration tasks, end user support,
releases management, change request management, risk management, and testing strategies.
Throughout these assignments, I adhered to Deloitte's methods, tools, and processes. This
experience not only enhanced my analytical and communication skills but also allowed me to
expand my knowledge and proficiency with Workday.
As part of Umanis' growth objectives. As part of a competent team, we have implemented Workday
in order to optimize Umanis HRIS. The features requested are recruitment, administrative
management, performance, compensation, absences and payroll.

In coordination with various Service Provider Company (Accenture, GFI, CGI) and a team of
application managers, the mission was to ensure the admissibility of the delivered development
provided by the TRA (Third Party Application Acceptance) and TMA (Third Party Application
Maintenance) teams. Today, this allows me to establish a test strategy and to manage an end-to-end
test cycles.
Automation project manager assistant (HR business processes) :
In collaboration with Accenture and surrounded by a competent team, we have automated HR
processes (processing of CET investments) using RPA (Blue Prism) technology.
