Project plans, reports, planning, validation of deliverables, budget / cost management.
Day-to-day preparation / participation of committees with operations,
Preparation and animation of both functional and technical workshops.
Daily management of internal and client contributors.
Coordination of exchanges as appropriate, between central teams and regions.
As part of the implementation of studies, production and distribution of vaccines and drugs:
Assist leaders in global business strategy, creation of legal structures.
Establishment of contracts and optimization of inter-group financial flows.
Establishment of subcontracting and operating contracts.
As part of the construction of a smart building and the implementation of a new information system:
Assist setup program management framework.
Identify projects, necessary services & applications.
RFP, choice Editors / Integrators – principally network infrastructure (indoor 4G/5G, LAN & Wi-Fi, WAN, Access security).
PMO tools (reporting, indicators, documentary-communication templates)
As part of the overall transformation of its IT and IT Department over the next 5 years, a master plan with four major axes has been defined: Organization, Security, Applications and Infrastructure:
In charge of the Infrastructure program with a current +11 M€, representing a portfolio of around 60 projects declined around Networks, End Point Management
(Workstation, tablets, phones), O365, Cloud solutions (SaaS, IaaS - AWS, Azure) and Systems, Exploitation, Support, Administration, Security and Authentication.
As such, the role includes:
Ensure compliance with the roadmap and program budget.
Strictly manage risks and problems throughout the program in accordance with FIDAL standards.
Organize the meetings necessary to pilot the program and ensure the holding and publication of the minutes.
Treat or escalate program risks.
Arbitrate assignments between the different projects in the portfolio.
Participate in the validation / decision to launch projects.
Ensure the respect of the processes within the projects.
Supervise and guarantee the framing, the conception and the realization of the projects in collaboration with the project leaders.
France and overseas & SoX Projects Manager
Gras Savoye IT integration to WillisTowersWatson – 16 major projects (Architecture, Network, Directories, Workstation, Applications, Authentication and SoX compliancy). This includes Services Continuity Plan and/or Disaster Recovery Plan depending of service importance as clients extranet.
Project plans, delivery gates organized & passed, internal & external reporting, tasks planned, documentation writing & delivery, deliverables validation, efforts & costs reviewed weekly.
Day to day preparation of/participation to/lead of committees with the operations, writing of minutes, preparation & lead of workshops both functional & technical with the help of experts and IT team leaders for all technical projects following SoX reviews and findings from internal and Deloitte audits, writing & validation of documentations, contribution to internal validation of deliverables.
Day to day internal transversal management of project contributors among other teams including integrators, developers, solution managers, operators, architects, networks, etc. Make sure tasks are all planned and under control.
Day to day validation of progress and efforts, weekly general reporting, monthly financial & customer satisfaction reporting

Integrated into the Natixis Digital Journey program, the “work environment” component is made up of the technical requirements necessary for the implementation of the digital transformation of the Natixis Group (O365, associated infrastructure and storage, workstation and mobility, unified communications, adaptation of applications).

After six months of joint efforts between the countries, the EMEA team will complete the migration of all the workstations in the central Active Directory. Servers migration will be completed by the end of October (> 18 000 workstations, > 1400 servers).
This project provided us the opportunity to revisit the project management approach for a project of this scale that has impact on the whole region, and it reinforced the strong collaboration between local Re:Sources teams.
