Doing workshop with the customer to define the different requirements

Prepare the projects sprint with timeline.

Data migration using the IMPEX for the data import + Script V2 for data
integration (project, program, portfolio, resources and costs import).
Costs Import from SAP.
L2 script development for the implementation of new functionality (new Pages).

Plan weekly meeting with the customer to discuss the different sprint’s
requirement ( Agile methodology)
Support the customer in Planisware utilization after the prod deployment.

the training material based in the customer need)
Doing onsite workshops with the customer to define the business need
Development of new interface with salesforce
Import of Opportunities from Salesforce to Planisware
Export of resource allocation from Planisware to Salesforce
Implementation of new enhancement in Planisware like Development of new
page “Resource Plan” in the project and resource module to do the resource
planification in a simplest way ( design defined after discussion with the
customer)
Doing the training for the Sales Admins.
Doing support for the customer on Planisware L1 configuration
