Business Analyst on the PACE program in a team dedicated to Nissan Europe markets. The program aims at improving customer
engagement and lead generation worldwide and uses AEM for both CMS and DAM, with a responsive design.
I have been working closely with Technical Architects and been documenting Features requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
(maintained the backlog) so that development teams are able to move on with UI and back end implementation tasks, collaborating closely
with client side Product Owners, internal User experience team (UX), technical architects and developers. I’m reporting to project managers
and directors.
The main features I’ve worked on are: New Car Inventory (10 countries across Europe mainly France, Germany, Italy and UK), Juke Pre
Order, Model match maker, Ariya launch.
I’ve been exposed to a lot of APIs and webservices, Apigee endpoints, XML, JSON, as well as Salesforce on client side. Also exposed to
Elastic Search, Adobe Experience Manager, GTM analytics, Confluence, Jira (Wiki and backlog), Mule ESB, Mongo DB and Tomcat (backend).
Project Manager and Agile Product Owner on the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.2, mainly Assets (DAM) and Sites
(CMS). This project was part of a larger Digital Transformation Program and as such I had to collaborate with teams implementing Adobe
Campaign and Adobe Target/Target 2 Sell, among others.
My role was focused on:
- Gathering requirements from all DAM stakeholders: Europe and Middle East (EME) Communication, CRM, Legal, Digital Studio,
Sephora Collection, EME countries;
- Working closely with Sephora IT and Capgemini (integrator) on User Stories priorities and development roadmap;
- Testing developments, improvements, Adobe updates (CFP, SP) and bug fixes from the integrator;
- Training users across Europe (~300 people) on the new DAM;
- Designing and testing contribution pages for Sephora applications (+training), built using Adobe Sites (CMS) instead of third party
developments or application formerly used;
- Ensuring solution consistency across all stakeholders and throughout the deployment calendar;
- Ensuring first level support for users.
Business Analyst and Project Manager on a AML / KYC regulatory project (Anti Money Laundering /Know your customer), which aims at
rationalizing the approach of Reviews performed on all customers based on their risk level (for example when they are politically exposed).
Reviews are created in a tool, based on relationships, which are basically groups of persons coming from Avaloq. Each review gathers
AML, Tax and Investment sub reviews. Once filled in, reviews go through specific validation workflows depending on the risk level.
I wrote functional specifications of various enhancements (link with third party systems like NICE Actimize, DMS, improvements on flat files
received from Avaloq). I also provided Application/Production support to the Business users (like a help desk). I liaised with the vendor with
regard to application enhancements, invoices and budget tracking. From a PM perspective I was supporting the Stardard Risk Remediation
Phase planification.
Lead Business analyst, managing a team of 4 people. The BA team was responsible with documenting specifications on features throughout
the platform (Tire selector, Dealer locator – Google Map, Baidu, Yandex APIs), Rating & Reviews - Bazaarvoice, Product page, Contact
us…), and bring support to the technical teams in particular when Jira tickets are raised.
Some of these specifications were quite technical and included technical mapping with XML data files.
The BA team also helped local markets to configure their version of the website through a configuration spreadsheet.

Business Analyst on the Helios program, which aims at deploying a unified customer engagement / lead generation platform worldwide,
based on AEM, for all brands of the Renault-Nissan alliance and with a responsive design.
I wrote detailed Product Requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria (maintained the backlog) so that development teams are able
to move on with ID and implementation tasks, collaborating closely with multi brands Product Owners, User experience team (UX), technical
architects.
I lead the BA team (8 people) mainly for Dealerships, IS integration, Inventory Agile Scrums, and worked between Levallois-Perret, near
Paris, and London, United Kingdom.

01.2012 – 03.2014 Project for BNP Paribas International Retail Banking, between Paris and Istanbul
The project aimed at managing local implementation of Wealth Management tool Soliam in BNPP Turkish Joint-venture TEB Özel. The tool
displays Private Banking positions, with enhanced reporting and global reallocation engine.
As an Implementation Project Manager, I reported to project leader (IRB, WM), sponsors and steering committee, preparing steering
committee document (in English), incl. budget overview, KPI, roadmap, deliverables;
Defined products cartography (term deposits, Funds, Bonds, current accounts) and Gap analysis, in cooperation with Wealth Management
teams;
Thoroughly supported TEB IT team in implementation tasks, organizing workshops, documenting files specifications and overseeing files
they generated.
The project aimed at implementing Objectway Financial Suite 4, providing France branches with portfolio management functionalities
(volatility optimization), client & portfolio reporting, and suitability tests (KYC - key project from a compliance point of view). Portfolio included
Funds shares, Bonds, Stocks, Structured products (autocallable EMTN), Life insurance.
Coordinated IT teams in France, Italy (software provider) and Spain (application hosted by Barclays Spain); Managed the relationship with
the third-party supplier; Successfully implemented data flows from legacy system feeding the new application;
Designed new client reports to enhance sale process, automatic security classification engine, KYC-based client profiling engine and
optimised position rebalancing engine.
This web platform intended to visualize client portfolios and to prioritize advisors’ actions thanks to multiple-level alert system, with model
portfolio replication (automatic order generation) including structured funds (“à formule”); Designed data flows (feeds) and Coordinated IT
team in Paris; Designed new application detailed specifications, incl. enhanced automatic product classification into asset classes and
portfolio rebalancing engine to include life insurance and Structured products; Frequent reporting to Head of Organization and Project
Management. Close collaboration with CAAM-RBP business analysts, CAAM IT and Data feeders: Crédit Agricole Titres, Predica and
LCFR (Rothschild) life insurance companies.
