Expert en Transformation, Consultant Opérationnel et en Management avec de nombreuses années d’expérience dans les systèmes d’information, je suis spécialisé dans la gestion de crise et de projet sensible, et l'accompagnement bout en bout d'externalisation de services, le management de transition DSI/IT
Mon expertise s'étend à la gestion de projets complexes, au management IT, et à l’optimisation des organisations pour répondre aux enjeux critiques des entreprises.
En tant que CIO/COO et expert en outsourcing, j’interviens dans des contextes sensibles où la performance et les résultats sont des priorités absolues.

Hewlett Packard2012 - 2017Directed EMEA pre-sales complex pursuits. Played pivotal role as Executive Advisor on strategic opportunities, including
NATO ITM (Europe), Smart learning (UAE), Ministry of Finance (UAE), Fednet (UAE), Crédit Agricole (France), and ADIA
(Abu Dhabi Investment Agency). Defined Financial Services Industry (FSI) services to recommend and implement strategy
in EMEA. Oversaw set up, recruitment, and management of Consulting EMEA presales team comprising of 12 senior
architects and Project directors, for major strategic opportunities.
• Spearheaded Red Project as Project Director to optimise profitability and cost efficiency.

committee member of Transformation Program sponsor for India offshore consolidation; with budget of 4M€. Served at
group level in capacity of industrialisation director and deployed IT industrialisation portfolio as well as developed
strategy. Transferred to Steria France for managing and recovering French IT consulting practice aimed at enabling
profitability by restructuring and redefining portfolio.
• Optimised France consulting practice to surpass 25M€ EGR by 2012 making it high margin business.
• Developed and implemented 3-years strategy for line of service (200M€) aimed at reaching 13% area contribution.
