We are looking for a PC/Windows expert with a noticeable experience on a hw manufacturer company or IT solutions reseller with a deep technical background to support our sales team in presales activities for both Large Medium and Small accounts.
As a TAM, the candidate will face Internal teams, Customer and Reseller, therefore, their missions would be:
• Pre-Sales
Accompany the Sales teams during the pre-sales meeting to introduce Notebook PCs products and relevant Solutions and Services;
Work across assigned customers throughout the full life cycle of the sales process, engaging even in C level discussions;
Act as the key technical interface between the customer, the Channel and all relevant divisions;
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the assigned customers’ environments linked to the Notebook PCs;
Provide excellence in technical advocacy and strategic advice to internal teams, to the Channel and the customer;
Develop a high level of intimacy with existing customers and build new relationships to quickly develop trust, reliability and credibility;
Work in alignment with relevant Vendors & Partners and coordinate all technical pre-sales activities to foster Samsung products and relevant solutions and services adoptions.
• Post-Sales
Recognize point of escalation regarding the Samsung Notebook PC Products, Solutions and Services;
Provide a first level of guidance to customers to minimize customer downtime, granting activities follow up and risks mitigation;
Ensure resolution and contingency plans are followed and technical problem resolutions proceed as per process commitments;
Anticipate and escalate internally risks and propose steering actions.
• Reporting
Generating and maintaining regular internal and external communication updates and reports.
Must have:
• 6-8 Years’ experience in pre-sales, and recognized as a customers trusted advisor; focused on the full customer experience and satisfaction;
• Experience in working in coordination with hw and solutions resellers to identify customer needs and construct an adapted solution;
• Strong technical knowledge on PC devices for Masters Image creation, maintenance and deployment;
• A proven IT environment track record, ideally in high-end products and solutions for IT Admins to Deploy and Manage PC fleets;
• Deep expertise across one or more hardware infrastructure technologies (PC, Server, Networking) combined with exposure to solution stacks involving Virtualization or Containerization;
• Microsoft Admin and other Windows related certification;
• Understand Industry trends, business strategy and be willing to learn new technologies;
• A proven ability to support Sales to develop and close business opportunities;
• Self-motivated and ambitious, autonomous but team-oriented.
Nice to have:
• Business Development attitude to foster business with existing partners and identify new ones;
• Ability to prospecting and qualifying new customers and selling through strategic partners;
• Developed strong knowledge in licensing, negotiation and relationship skills.
