Network Technical Project Manager
DESCRIPTION OF THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES
Global mission
• The Network Technical Project Manager is part of the Global Infrastructure Network team and operates in a Global environment.
o Provides advice, support, information in his area of expertise to peers.
o Works in tight relationship with other IT Infrastructure teams.
o Takes an active role in standardizing the network of the group by following an established standard and ensures that delivered services comply with business needs.
o Participates in the design, implementation, and deployment of the Network solutions.

Project
• Be responsible for the end-to-end planning of migrations by establishing prerequisites and the migration plan, monitoring the progress, and following the post-migration,
o Plan the administrative part with the creation of changes, tickets,
o Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings,
o Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Manage project portfolio and provide ad hoc reports to her/his management and project managers.
Operation
• Publish monthly dashboards with provider’s SLAs and KPIs
• Manage the lifecycle (from commissioning to decommissioning) of services provided by the service providers
• Support, organize and follow up operations management routines on a regular basis (production start-up, analysis, and management of level 2 and 3 incidents, backup)
• Apply IT security policies related to the infrastructure’s company.
• Analyse and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the tracking to have an efficient and competitive infrastructure in line with the new needs of the company.
• Manage capacity planning.

Education and experience
• Typically requires BA/BS degree in computer science specialization, numeric systems, engineering or other quantitative fields.
• 10+ years of professional technical experience in management of complex technology infrastructure projects. An advanced degree is desirable.
• Mandatory
o Strong Experience in managing contracts with Service Providers and contractors
o Strong knowledge (10y+) on Network & Security technologies
o Significant knowledge (5y+) on Cloud Network Operation model

Knowledge
• Good effective Azure network management experience.
• Strong experience in Project Management (certification a plus).
• ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Service Manager level qualification a plus.
• Wide knowledge on technical IT infrastructure domain solution and suppliers.
• At least one expertise in the technical knowledge.
• Good knowledge on Network Management for a large and decentralized scope including Hybrid Cloud
• Knowledge of industrial context and OT a plus
