I have managed the stakeholders from the business requirements collection, use case, fit-gap and scope analysis, the customization follow-up, from the specs study until the QAUAT phases including the key users training and the delivery hyper care. My next assignment was a state of the art model to exploit Big Data in order to provide ROI of marketing initiatives on the KPIs.
