• JUICE – Software Development team of company’s Cloud system based on Open-Stack: using “Scrumban” methodology with 7 developers in the team, transformation from GitLab to JIRA Software Development module including velocity and estimation methods, coaching non-mature members, focus on value
• Onboarding – Dev-Ops team of 9 engineers, using as well “Scrumban” methodology for resolving our client’s needs with onboarding and exploiting our services: configuration, connection, upgrading issues, coaching and development of members
• For both – JUICE and Onboarding team – organization and planning of regular 3-day team meeting/campus every 3 months where the retrospective was discussed with a goal to constantly improve teams’ collaboration, effectivity and quality
• Cloud Security Community - 100+ members of Cloud Security group of Pan-Net and Deutche Telekom, building up a public open source platform for contributors to security domain, 2-weeks sprints, reporting to Security Director.
• Member of company’s “Scrum of Scrums” team, using SAFe methodology for scaling
Achievements:
• JIRA transformation using the Change management approach – transition from GitLab to JIRA for Software Development (Scrum), Service Desk (Ticket management) and tConfluence as a documentation engine (replacing Hugo Pages).
