Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients du secteur industriel et international un Expert Modern Workplace sur Paris.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workplace and mobile devices.
  
• Utilize Microsoft solutions such as Intune and Autopilot for device management.
  
• Implement and manage Tanium for endpoint security and management.
  
• Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes with major hardware vendors including DELL, LENOVO, and HP.
  
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of devices across different regions.
  
• Serve as the technical lead and point of reference for all workplace-related technical issues.
  
• Define and establish the standards for our custumer’ s workspace environment.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to device management processes and procedures.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in workplace and mobile device management in a large context (> 40000 workstations)
  
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Tanium.
  
• Experience participating in RFP processes with major hardware vendors.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
  
• Experience working in a multinational company.
