    ENGIE has implemented a new version of SAP and experience many issues on contract management replication. I have provided and implemented a problem solving methodology to contain the contract replication error and solve the problem at the root cause, which was the data migration.

    Technical Environment: SAP (CRM-SD-ISU-FICA-FICO), Salesforce. The results are the decrease of 97% of the stock and 70% of the input in 6 months.

    Eni Gas&Power has implemented a new IT system in order to support an amazing increase in market share on the French market of energy providers. While the IT division needs to continue to grow, structuring their processes and contract management, it experiences a crisis in production. I lead the Front Office area, managing at the same time the resolution of the crisis and the structuration of processes of the IT division:

    ⦁ Bug management (containment, root cause analysis, testing and release)
    ⦁ Drafting funding paper for the new web-portal allocated to professional customers
    ⦁ Implementation of the web-portal using Agile methodology
    ⦁ Contract management (call for tender, reviewing contract, renewal negotiation)
    ⦁ Design and implementation of a contract management software (Contrat-Tech)
    ⦁ IT Roadmap management
    ⦁ Meeting the Corporate SOX Standards (0 qualification or disclaimer after the audit)
    ⦁ Project portfolio management (planning, budget, risk, issues)
    ⦁ Release management

    Technical Environment: SAP (CRM-ISU-FICA-SD-FICO-BW), Salesforce, Contra-Tech, 5 web-portals, web services. Methodologies: SOX compliant, ITIL, AGILE. The results are the stabilisation of the system in 3 months, the decrease of the costs and the increase the quality of the key processes within 6 months.

    Mise en oeuvre d’un projet informatique sur la gestion du raccordement au gaz chez GrDF. Cycle complet d’implémentation : rédaction d’appel d’offre, dépouillement, conceptions générales et détaillées, recettes, mise en production et formation des utilisateurs. Périmètre : SAP CRM, site internet et 60 interfaces entre 14 applications informatiques. Résultat : respect des délais et 0 défaut bloquant sur mon périmètre.

    Accompagnement au déploiement du nouveau système de facturation SAP CRM/ISU chez EDF. Travail de formation et d’amélioration des réponses apportées au client en centre d’appel. Résultats : réduction du stock de 20m€ de factures bloquées, amélioration du taux de résolution au premier appel de 20% à 80%.
