IT Solution:

8 to 12 years of experience in SAP ECC6; SD and FI implementations, if possible with invoice dematerialization, VAT, and cash management knowledge.

Skills:

Functional expertise in Order-To-Cash processes

Capacity in SAP setup

The APPLICATION EXPERT SAP will participate in the implementation of E-Invoicing in the legal entity in France.

He/She is not expected to perform the coding of the system as an integrator does it. However, he/she should be able to customize the setup of the solution if needed or suggest improvements based on his/her knowledge of the SAP standard setup.

He/She will also provide expert advice and produce deliverables during his/her activities and will continuously team up with the Group Process Expert (MOA Group or Product Owner).

The Mission:

In order to contribute to the success of the service and improve user (internal customers) satisfaction, the main tasks will be:

• Analyze business small/medium requirements (> 20 days) and provide specifications to the DEV Team (Cap Gemini)
• Guide, monitor, and lead the DEV Team (Cap Gemini – Onshore or Offshore) to get fast resolution of bugs, incidents, and minor changes in the system (> 20 days)
• Perform tests for template scenarios and execute unit tests before the key users (for changes and for bugs)
• Support affiliate representatives for Business Acceptance Tests in the Template processes
• Follow up on test results and report issues
• Follow up on the data cleaning strategy with the rolled-out entities
• Perform training sessions when needed
• Improve the quality of the delivery and end customer’s appreciation of the delivered service

The Main Deliverables:

• Specifications
• Analysis and business cases
• Identify the list of missing fields in SAP (ERPF, Aerobase, SAP MIS, SAP JV) that need to be shared with the target solution (GENERIX)
• Test scenarios
• Bi-monthly reports (the monthly report could be shared as a review with all stakeholders)
• Final (yearly) report

Profile:

Functional expert with high expertise in SD (and ideally FI)

Ability to drive workshops

Liaise with the ESB team (who manage the transfer of files with Talend) and the Scheduler team (VTOM, Dollar U)

French and English speaking and writing
