PHP/Drupal LeadDev

Missions and profiles expected (in French):

• Customer workshops: technically manage the workshops that will be conducted with the customer and its partners around this takeover. Good oral and written communication in French is mandatory. Will be required to exchange directly with the expert at the partner and the developers of the project, analyze the source code of the project and its structure. The client would like some workshops to be face-to-face.
• Source audit: analyze the technical documentation and the source code provided by the service provider to ensure that the quality (in particular via SonarCube) complies with Worldline standards, that the code is sufficiently efficient and that optimizations are necessary (e.g. version upgrade), and from a security point of view.
• Teamwork: support the Worldline development team in the resumption of this project, be a source of proposals on the necessary business developments (MySQL, Dockerization of the project, Openshift, etc.). Be the technical guarantor of this project.
• Hosting: will have to successfully host Worldline's Cirrus SNC cloud solution, in particular supervise the installation of the project on the different environments in relation with our architect, but also set up a tooling for CI/CD deployment and monitoring: creation of alerts, audit of the platform, log management etc.

In relation to the profile we are looking for:

• A PHP LeadDev with a strong PHP and Drupal experience (put into practice on PHP projects minimum in the last 6 years with at least 3 years with a LeadDev role).
• Mastery and work on projects in PHP 8.2 minimum and Drupal 10 required.
• Good knowledge of deployment tools (Gitlab, CI/CI, automated tests, Sonar) having worked in teams of at least 4 people: him, CP and developers.
• Use of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint)
• Carried out technical scoping missions on projects, decision-making and support/coaching of developers.
