Pour un de mes clients sur lequel je suis référencé en rang 1, je recherche un CUTOVER & CHANGE MANAGER CONFIRME (10 ANS D'EXPERIENCE), AYANT DÉJÀ MENÉ DES PROJETS DE TRANSFORMATION DIGITALE, IDEALEMENT DANS UN CONTEXTE INTERNATIONAL.
Début de mission = 01/10/2024
Durée de mission = 15 mois.
TJM = 600,00 € (Maxi)
Connaissance du SECTEUR AUTOMOBILE SOUHAITEE / ANGLAIS FLUENT (CV rejeté systématiquement dans le cas contraire).
Principales Skills & Compétences requises = Proactivité / Orientation Clients et/ou Utilisateurs finaux / Rigueur / Interactions avec les différents intervenants, chef d'orchestre (Métier, Equipes IT, ...) / Capacité de Synthèse / Certifcation ITIL et/ou PMI et/ou PRINCE 2 / Connaissances techniques.
Project Management
Management of the implementation phase of the project, in coordination with the selected supplier, in order to obtain a result aligned with the project requirements : quality, cost and deadline.
Main tasks
• Help and support in the initialization of projects within its scope
• Animation of workshops to collect and clarify business needs, help in the preparation and execution of calls for tenders if needed
• Is the technically accountable for the project: design and general technical specifications, assistance in the choice of solutions, implementation follow-up
• Supplier management : planning, key milestones, budget, reception/quality control of deliveries
• Risk management through their classification, impacts, as well as associated mitigation strategies
• Preparation of release to production launch of projects: CAB sheet, production launch file, etc..
• Management of the organization of the stabilization of projects: system, duration, budget, indicators, etc.
• Ensures the proper acceptance of the project, its closure and the handover mastered to the Operations teams
• Ensures that projects are properly documented in the associated monitoring and management tools
• Application of the Group Project methodology promoted by the DIT

• Project Charter
• Quality/Assurance document
• Project status report (progress, milestones, planning, risks, budget)
• CAB for Production Release documentation
• Handover to Operation Teams checklist
Transversal Coordination
Works and ensures cross-functional coordination with all project stakeholders, within the department and more broadly of the DIT.
Main tasks
• Coordination with the other Project managers/IT Leads if overlapping identified on several projects
• Monitoring the quality of deliverables with quality assurance team
• Coordination of the technical test (SIT) and business test (UAT) with the testers
• Ensure available documentation for Change Management related to projects
Reporting and Communication
Main tasks
• Prepares, leads and participates in project steering meetings: Steering Committees, Technical Committees, etc.
• Ensure the reporting of the project's weather to the PMO team of the DIT: indicators,...
• Ensures that the status of the project is properly updated in the dedicated tools
• Is accountable for the Project communication on behalf of the DIT to the various stakeholders
