Mission : Gérer le rollout de la nouvelle solution de recherche des webshops.
Lieu: Paris
Rythme: 1 jour/semaine sur site

Role
The Search service manager is part of the Deployment team, to roll-out the new group eCommerce Search solution linked to webshops in multiple countries.
Activities
• Be a referrer for countries on Search solution: Build strong knowledge on all features – existing and upcoming –
• Be a technical point of contact on the Webshop eco-system for Search integration
• Prime contact for countries to activate/migrate existing features on the Search engine (“Feature activation” process)
o Prepare and perform demos to countries
o Participate to functional/technical gap analysis and requirement review with countries (business and IT teams)
o Coordinate of stakeholders and efforts through integration and until go-live (ERP developments, Tibco mappings, Hybris configurations, Micro-services, etc)
o Support during testing of feature; Issues & fixes follow-up
o Responsible for delivery on time and on budget; identify and manage risks
o Synchronize and report to the release manager to be ready for each monthly release in production
• Facilitator for the rollout of new Search solution (“Sprint UAT” process)
o Coordination of developments with Tibco, Micro-services, etc.
o Support countries in UAT execution. Follow-up issues and their resolution
o Synchronization and report to the release manager to be ready for each monthly release in production
• Takes part in documenting features in a central repository (gathering existing information mainly)
Landscape
• Works and coordinates with other Service Managers.
• Works closely with business and IT country teams
• Coordinates with rest of deployment team: Deployment Leads, Test and release management mainly
• Interacts with Core team (Product Owners, Business Analysts and Developers)
• Coordinates work with onsite and offshore resources
• Countries: 15countries all around the world
Required skills & target profile
• Previous experience as a Service Manager required
• Great capacity to work on a multi-country / multi-cultural environment. Experienced required
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce (If possible Hybris or SAP C/4 Hana) and eagerness to understand how the Webshop works
• Strong knowledge on Search and Products
• Strong technical skills on service-oriented architecture
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Great coordination skills
• Ability to manage complex or challenging situations
