Consultant Supply Chain

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients du secteur industriel dans un contexte international un Consultant  Manufactoring - Supply Chainsur la défense.

Context :

• He/She operates at local, country and global Level managing projects and support for Manufacturing Shopfloor Applications such as MES, MES Performance and Unified Operation Center solution for all areas
  
• He/she operates in tight collaboration with solution provider and business teams
  
• He/She is part of the Industrial Digital Transformation Center of Excellence and contributes/coordinates the functional deployment projects from gap analysis to delivery till acceptance of the applications in scope on IT related topic
  
• He/She is the guarantor of the standard defined for applications in scope and contributes to the analyse of each request for customization or evolution
  

Areas of responsibility :

Strategy

• Support the business to translate their requirements into IT-OT projects a functional referent for the rest of the IT/IS teams on the delivery of the Functional Specification Documentations, System Integration, Interfaces, …) required by the Industrial Solution ...
  
• Promote the functional deployment of plant digitalization

Design

• Contribute to the design and implementation of the IT/OT standards and solutions....
  

Development & Delivery

• Guarantee the coherence between the IT/IS/OT services and the business needs ...
  

Operations & Support

• Guarantees the performance of the daily incident management and small evolution requests
  
• Maintains a good relationship with the internal functional expert roles (SME, ERP expert, Connectivity Experts) as well the Third Party Application management stakeholders ...
  
• Security
  
• Guarantee the respect of the cyber security principles defined and reports any anomalies ....
  

Expected results :

• Lead the functional delivery by coordinating the different IT/IS & Industrial Process owner teams to achieve the deployment of the application
  
• Anticipate activities and technical resources with the aim to secure the timeline
  
• Escalate in time, identify risks and propose mitigation with the aim the secure the timeline
  
• Guarantees the performance of the daily incident management and evolution requests
  
• Communicate progress
  

Required skills and qualifications

Industrial engineer with software developing skills

• 5 - 10 years of experience in project management & deployment of software applications
  
• Regognize expertise on MES tool management, ideally Aveva one
  
• Experience in an international, multicultural and multi-site environment
  
• Experience and Knowledge of relevant business processes (production, supply chain, logistic, …) and implementation in relevant software.
  
• Outsourcing Management
  
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills, with ability to address complex technical issues
  
• Curiosity and innovation
  
• Autonomy and initiative
  
• Ability to popularize technical concepts
  
• Communication & story telling skills
  
• Fluent in English, French is an added value
