Description:

• Consulting in management of cyber tools. Must have or are in progress, a Cyberark certification
  
• The team/autonomy/taking initiative from 5 to 15 years old with face off or customer proximity

On a Cyberark and Palo Firewalls environment, your mission is :

Security Operations :

• Monitoring and monitoring of the state of health of the SIGmanagement of level 1 to 3 incidents, problems, changes, requests, capacities and performance
  
• Vulnerability management (analysis and remediation)
  
• Management of lifecycle obsolescence
  
• Support for organic growth of the perimeter
  
• Coordination with third parties/OEMs Update of technical documents
  
• Reports on SLAs2.
  

2.Incumbent Vendor Transition :

Supports incumbent third-party delivered activity, Liaises with vendors for support, maintenance, and troubleshooting

3.Engineering & Evolution :

Engineering and construction capacity to manage new projects based on demand

Automation and continuous improvement of the service :

Implementation of automatic analyses and associated corrective measures through automation scripts

Start of customer contract, for a start of the December mission in P1
