Chef de projet, Expert, Scrum Master
As an Automotive AUTOSAR Scrum Master, you will be reponsible for overseeing projects related to the implementation of AUTOSAR ARCHITECTURE in our automotive products and systems. You will work closely with software development teams, electronic engineer, suppliers, and external partners to ensure the sucessful delivery of our projects.
RESPONSABILITIES
1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including defining objectives, timelines,
required resources, and milestones. Regularly monitor project progress.
2. Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, engineers, and tester.
Provide support, direction, and necessary resources to achieve project goals.
3. Design and Development: Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and
integrate AUTOSAR-compliant solutions following industry standards and specifications.
4. Risk Management: Identify and assess potential project risks and implement strategies to
mitigate them. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Communication: Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders,
providing regular updates on project status, potential issues, and significant decisions.
6. Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, technical
specifications, test plans, and progress reports.
7. Training and Development: Foster the professional growth of the team by identifying training
needs and providing development opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
1. University Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
2. At least 10 years of experience in development of Autosar BSW embedded project with
experience in managing team.
3. In-depth knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture, development tools, and associated processes.
4. Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment & project in multisite and manage
priorities effectively.
6. Solid understanding of safety and quality considerations for embedded systems.
7. Knowledge on requirements management (Polarion)
8. Good understanding of the functional safety
9. Knowledge and experience on Vector Tools (Davinci CFG, Davinci Pro)
10. Team spirit and able to work autonomously.
