Purpose
- He/she leads the IT Demand committee and communicates decisions towards Finance community
- She/He promotes rationalization, standardization and Cost Reduction whenever it is possible
- She/He supports and recommends major IS/IT evolutions in accordance with customer needs, IS/IT technological trends.
- She/He drives Solution Architecture
Areas of responsibility
- Strategy & Design
- Support the IS/IT strategy.
- Support the rationalization and the standardization of the Function solutions
- Defend the reduction of the solutions delivering same features
- Promote the core model and the digital convergence
- Ensure market watch
- Contribute to group policies (norms, standards, security) creation.
- Development & Delivery
- Handle diverse requests from applications and infrastructure and analyze them in detail.
- Define the architecture of solutions considering functionalities, technical options, service standards, processes, physical and logical security, user experience, operational model, cost, market trends, and Group’ current information system.
- Contribute to the execution of solutions as a technical reference, participate in the change management process (CAB: Change Advisory Board), and assist in transition from project mode to operational status.
- Ensure that the solutions maintain their technical reliability as time progresses, and share it with different experts within the IT department.
- Contribute the applications lifecycle.
- Globally report the result of these activities through indicators, monthly reports, presentations.

- Support rationalization and standardization
- Define the architecture of solutions considering functionalities, technical options, service standards, processes, physical and logical security, user experience, operational model, cost, market trends, and current information system.
- Contributes the change management process (CAB: Change Advisory Board), and assist in transition from project mode to operational status.
- Makes sure the documentation of existing solutions.
- Drive the architecture repository up to date.
- Continuous Improvement
- Initiate activities to operate and seek continuous improvements to services and IT environment that meet current and anticipated business requirements and objectives.
- Ensure the appropriate level of skills through training program, communication on best practices, processes, solutions and standards.
- Promote transparent and effective communication within IS Department and with the business.
- Launch IS/IT initiatives enabling business operational excellence.

- Drive the architecture processes
- Support of the new processes and governance enabling the new organization.
- Drive the definition and the setup of some IS standard tools : Service Catalog, Application Documentation Directory (ADR), ITAM, ITSM
- Contribute to the activities and services catalogs definition and evolution
- Participate to the harmonization of activities and services specially through the tool from the IS (Service catalog, ADR, ITSM, ITAM tools)
Position sizing

- Play a pivotal role within the Quality and Performance team of IT department.
- Definition of global solutions for the group.
- 1500 PCs, 20 sites, 15 factories, 2 main data centers, Cloud, 200+ applications.
- Introduce Architecture standards that align with industry best practices and applicable within the Group's environment.
- Compose design documents, supporting operational teams in crafting technical migration and implementation documents, along with technical documentation.
- Write architecture analysis documents.
- Ensure service commitments are met during request processing.
- Promote ERP and D&D CoE
Required skills and qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as an IS/IT architect.
- General knowledge of IS/IT infrastructures (data centers, cloud, workstations, security, identity, network, telecom, collaboration, databases, etc.).
- Proficiency in standard market architectures.
- Experience in an international, multicultural, and multi-site context.
- Fluent in French and English (100% of documents are written in English).
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and pragmatic.
- Curiosity and innovation.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Ability to have a high-level and low-level vision and adapt the discourse according to different stakeholders (from experts to CIO).
- Knowledge and interest in the industrial sector.
